Approach
Our approach to an audit would entail scrutiny of the Utility Accounts, Meters (Water and Electricity), Infrastructure and conduct a report on the findings. Should there be reason to believe disparity, we will address our findings directly with the relevant utility on our clients behalf.
It needs to be noted that if our investigation finds any possible infrastructure problems, to piping, water leaks, electrical cable issues, meter problems, this would be noted and reported to the management team and would be for the account of the client to have it fixed / repaired or replaced to allow us to complete any possible savings and or recovery of credit from the various utility providers.

The scope and timelines for this journey will typically depend on the complexity of our audit findings. The total duration for this typically takes a 28-week period divided into Audit, Report, Query, Credit and Savings analysis and Savings and or credit passed to client from Utility.
